Order Delivery is determined by the time at which the order is placed

Same-day shipping deadline:

  • Before 12:00 PM (MST) Monday - Friday, order will be shipped the same day
  • After 12:00 PM (MST), order will be shipped the next business day


Delivery Expectation:

Standard Shipping Orders

  • Allow 1-2 business days for processing, then 5-7 for delivery
  • Business days: Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) | Saturday delivery is not guaranteed as it depends on carrier policy & procedure

Expedited Shipping Orders

  • Business days: Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) | UPS Saturday delivery is not offered by LazyOne
  • Example: If you placed your order with overnight shipping before 12:00 PM on Friday, you would receive the shipment on Monday. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, it would be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

1- Standard Delivery (5-7 business days)

  • Orders under $75.00: $8 FLAT RATE

2- Expedited | Overnight Delivery

  • Calculated at checkout and varies based on: Weight | Quantity | Distance

> Lost Packages

On rare instances, an order can be lost by our carriers. If you feel this has happened to your order, LazyOne has a proactive procedure we follow. Please email [email protected] for instructions. Your participation & help will be required.

We will review your case and work with the carrier to determine the best course of action. This process will take 72 or more hours for resolution.

  • Orders are shipped with one packing slip that only shows the shipping address and the content list –no pricing.

RETURNS (store credit)

  • With exchange requests for alternate size or design of a LazyOne gift, we offer a process to assist them. This does not affect the original order. For additional information, please review our Return Policy.


  • does not offer gift cards or certificates. We are unable to honor retail gift cards distributed by our franchises.


  • Billing (sender) information is kept confidential when we a gift recipient contacts us regarding an order but can’t verify the billing party.
  • At the recipient’s request, we may reach out to the sender to inform them of the inquiry. We do not guarantee or promise a follow-up or response from the sender.
