Return Policy
> Item Qualifications
Item Qualifications:
- Item must be in new and re-sellable condition: a current LazyOne.com design (not marked down for Clearance)
- Item must show no signs of wear | unwashed with tags attached
- Item must be free of heavy scent & debris (including pet hair)

These items are handled differently. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT INSTRUCTION.
Instead email [email protected] for assistance.
> Exchange Information
To make an exchange:
- Create a new order to replace the unwanted item(s)
- Return the unwanted item(s) for Refund or for Store Credit
> Return for Refund
CONDITIONS:
Qualified Items must meet BOTH of the following-
- Purchased on LazyOne.com by the same person processing a return
- Return initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date

SHIPPING LABEL:
- Use our Return Order system to create a label to return qualified items that meet the Return for Refund Conditions
- The Return Order link is located at the bottom of our website or go directly to www.lazyone.com/returns
- Cost of return label will be deducted from your final refund (see Refund below)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Create a new order for the replacement item(s) on our website & make note of your new order number.
2- Click on the Return Order link located at the bottom of the website.
3- Enter your original order number and billing zip code, then click FIND MY ORDER.
- Enter numbers only, do not type “web-“.
- If you have not created an account, you will be required to make one.
4- Select the unwanted item(s) | quantity | reason for the return → continue through steps.
5- When asked if your return is part of an exchange:
- If YES: Enter your new replacement order # (from step 1).
- If NO: Note the cost of your return shipping label to be withheld from your refund.
6- Print label & packing slip:
- Affix the label to the top of the package.
- Include the packing slip inside.
- Send to LazyOne via U.S. Mail.
Important:
Do not combine multiple orders or add extra items to the package
- Items are weighted; your label is calculated based on weight and distance
Returned items not listed in the packing slip:
- May not be refunded
- Will not be returned to you

INSPECTION:
All returned items are inspected according to criteria listed in Item Qualifications (above).
Returned items that do not pass inspection:
- Will not be refunded
- Will not be returned to you

REFUND:
• Original shipping is non-refundable
• Credit is issued to the payment method attached to the order used to create the return
• Return processing may take up to 10 business days
• Once processed, credit posts within 3 to 5 business days
• If you have made a replacement order:
- Credit issued for the item’s full value that was paid on original order
• If you have NOT made a replacement order:
- Credit issued for item’s value paid minus the Return Shipping Label cost (calculated & accepted before printing your return label)

CONDITIONS:
Qualified Items must meet ONE of the following-
- Purchased on LazyOne.com, but not by yourself
- Purchased at a U.S. authorized retail location (not LazyOne.com) and you're unable to use their return procedure
- Received as a gift, purchased within the U.S. (to the best of your knowledge)

SELF-PAID SHIPPING LABEL:
You may ship your return item(s) to LazyOne at your own expense for Store Credit.
The shipping cost you incur is non-reimbursable.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Please confirm your item meets the above Item Qualifications and Conditions before mailing
2- Print the LazyOne Return Form (below) and carefully fill out and include page 2 inside the package
3- Send unwanted item(s) to:

4- Email [email protected] with your tracking information
5- (After Inspection | Processing) Receive LazyOne Email with Store Credit information & instruction
6- Shop shop shop!

INSPECTION:
All returned items are inspected according to (above) Item Qualifications
Passed Inspection:
- Store credit is issued to your account
- You will be sent an email with details (see Store Credit below) and instructions for use
Failed Inspection:
- Reason for failed inspection is sent to the email address on the form
- Your item is NOT shipped back to you; it is donated from our location (no exceptions!)

STORE CREDIT:
Your credit is calculated and issued to your account. We will send those details along with instructions for use.
> International Returns
LazyOne no longer processes retail sales or returns with an international billing or shipping address.
When the item leaves the U.S, the sale is final.
